I can't sleep..

I am freaking tired.. But I can't sleep.. I wonder what's the reason? Maybe I do know but I just can't admit it.. haiz.. What can I do to make me sleep?? Everything is in my mind spinning and spinning until I can't sleep.. irratated... sobz.. But gonna try sleeping again or not I will die in school tomorrow.. Having monologue tomorrow.. Will die ah.. sobz
